Doing good work shouldn’t require running on empty. Our workplace well-being workshops focus on the skills and strategies that help employees manage stress, understand emotions, navigate workplace pressures, and maintain healthier approaches to work—because sustainable performance starts with people who have the tools to manage the demands that come with it.

Workplace Well-Being Workshops

Emotional Intelligence

You can’t control every situation at work, but you can learn to better understand yourself, manage your response, and navigate others.

Technical skills may get the job done, but emotional intelligence often determines how well we work with others while doing it. This workshop helps participants strengthen self-awareness, recognize emotional triggers, manage their responses, and better understand the emotions and perspectives of others. Participants will explore how emotional intelligence influences communication, conflict, relationships, decision-making, and the way they show up in the workplace.

Running on Empty:
Understanding Burnout and Quiet Quitting

Before we label someone disengaged, we may need to ask what made them stop engaging.

Burnout doesn’t always look like someone falling apart. Sometimes it looks like declining motivation, disengagement, doing only what’s required, or simply no longer having anything extra to give. This workshop explores the relationship between chronic workplace stress, burnout, and what has become known as “quiet quitting.” Participants will examine the warning signs, workplace conditions that contribute to burnout, the difference between healthy boundaries and disengagement, and practical ways employees and organizations can help rebuild energy, connection, and commitment.

From Surviving to Thriving: Finding Your Footing at Work

Thriving at work doesn’t mean loving everything about your workplace. Sometimes it means learning what deserves your energy—and what doesn’t.

There’s a difference between getting through the workday and actually feeling like you can function well within it. This workshop is designed for employees who want to move beyond simply surviving the demands, frustrations, and pressures of work. Participants will explore boundaries, mindset, workplace relationships, personal accountability, resilience, and the difference between what they can influence and what they may need to release. The focus isn’t on pretending everything at work is perfect—it’s on learning how to navigate the workplace without allowing it to consume you.

Working Well:
Stress Management

The goal isn’t a stress-free workplace. It’s learning how to handle the pressure without letting the pressure handle you.

Workplace stress is inevitable. Staying overwhelmed by it doesn’t have to be. This workshop helps participants recognize common sources and early signs of workplace stress, understand how stress affects performance and interactions, and develop practical strategies for managing pressure before it begins managing them. Participants will also examine boundaries, workload, priorities, communication, and the everyday habits that can make demanding work environments more manageable.

The Weight of the Work

Some work is heavy. Learning how to carry it well doesn’t mean you have to carry all of it home.

Some jobs require more than completing tasks—they require employees to regularly absorb conflict, frustration, crisis, complaints, difficult decisions, and the emotions of the people they serve. This workshop examines the often-overlooked emotional demands of work and how they can affect employees over time. Participants will learn practical strategies for processing difficult interactions, creating appropriate emotional distance, maintaining professionalism, and preventing the hardest parts of the job from becoming the heaviest parts of their lives.

Custom Workshop

The best solutions aren't always one-size-fits-all. Sometimes the right edit is the one created specifically for your organization.

Every organization faces unique challenges, and sometimes the right solution isn't found in a standard workshop. Whether you're addressing a specific workplace issue, preparing for organizational change, developing leaders, strengthening workplace culture, or focusing on a specialized topic, The Workplace Edit can design a customized training experience to meet your goals. Each workshop is thoughtfully developed to align with your organization's objectives, audience, and desired outcomes—creating practical, engaging learning experiences that make a lasting impact.
